Day 1

  • 4:00 PM Check-in and followed by Camping Tent Allotment.
  • 05:00 PM  Sunset Trekking
  • 09:30 PM Dinner buffet would be arranged.
  • 10:30 PM Common Camp Fire at the Center of the ground for all campers.

  • 7:30 AM  breakfast buffet would be arranged.
  • 8:00 AM  Adventure Activities
  • 11:30 AM You will be checking out.

Refund Policy

  • Thank you for considering our website for your booking needs. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require a change in plans, and we strive to provide a flexible and fair refund policy.
  • if you need to postpone your booking to a future date, we will gladly accommodate your request at no additional cost.
  • If you decide to cancel your booking entirely, we will apply a refund policy as follows:
  • If you cancel your booking, a cancellation fee of Rs. 200 will be deducted from your refund.

Terms & Conditions

  • It is advisable to wear sports attire or at least sports shoes.
  • Participants will be able to enjoy the complete Camping experience only if they reach on time. We suggest you reach 30 minutes prior to the starting time at the venue.
  • If the participants arrive late due to any reason, whatsoever, they are subjected to miss the meals and activities as per the time mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, rescheduled, canceled, or refunded.
  • If any of the activities are not fully operational due to technical or safety reasons, they will not be substituted or compensated.
  • Adventure Echos will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by the guest, outside or third party.
  • Adventure Echos reserves the right to refuse entry to the participant in the camp for violating camp rules, illegal activities or failing to comply with any security measures.
    Parking is free but at owners’ risk.
